What happened to textmac.sl?  Marko Mahnic's jedhtmlsl package used it too:

    The functions filename_extension and textmac_to_html from textmac.sl
    are used.

There is a html jed function reference on jedsoft.org, but it does not
have cross references, and I understand Marko's version would.
